Why JJ Mall is a Preferred Spot for Wooden Tableware
When I’m in Bangkok, I have a go-to routine: I pick up fruit at Or Tor Kor Market and then head straight to JJ Mall for wooden tableware. While it sits right next to the famous Chatuchak Market, JJ Mall offers a much more pleasant shopping experience. It is open 365 days a year and, most importantly, it is climate-controlled, making it significantly cooler and more comfortable than browsing the outdoor stalls.

Shopping Experience: My Recent Haul
During my visit, I focused on picking up pieces for my kitchen. I managed to find a great selection of items, including:
- 2 large salad bowls
- 2 sets of salad spoons and forks
- 6 wooden plates
- 4 wooden spoons
The total for these items came to 1,500 THB. I found the selection to be both practical and well-priced for the quality provided.

Quality Review: One-Year Durability Assessment
I first discovered this shop last year, and I’ve been using the items I purchased back then for a full year now. After twelve months of regular use, I can confidently say the quality is satisfactory, which is exactly why I returned to pick up these additional pieces.

Practical Information
If you are looking to browse their collection, the wooden tableware shop is located in the basement of JJ Mall. It’s a convenient stop if you are already exploring the Chatuchak area and want to escape the heat while finding some beautiful, functional home goods.
